About Us
Our Story
Hearthstone was founded in 1992 by a group of parents looking for opportunities for their adult children to live a vibrant and integrated life.
Our methods are based on the philosphy of "Gentle Teaching". We provide individualized residential situations and programming for all types of people and commit to long term relationships. We support intellectual and physical needs and provide aging in place care.

The Hearthstone Community Group Offices are located at 209 Superior Avenue. Please enter at the South Door and ring the buzzer at the top of the stairs.
